1. Where do you ship from?

We have our home base in the San Francisco/Bay Area in California.  We ship directly from our workspace in California

2. How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

We ship all our orders within the next business day.  Orders should arrive to you within 2-4 business (depending on your location)

3. Do you ship internationally?

We do ship internationally, but the buyer is responsible for the standard international shipping fee.

4. How long is international shipping?

It really depends on your location and how your countries customs operate.  They range from 10-21 days.  Due to the pandemic delivery services may be on the slower side so please allow at least 21 days for delivery.  If it hasn’t arrived, please contact us at info@jerseyconnect.com and we will help locate your order.

5. What size should I choose?

We make our products with a classic true to size build.  But we also must factor in the personal preference of how a person wants to wear the jersey.  We also must factor a person’s height and build.  95% of our customers choose their shirt size.  We also have a sizing chart as well.

6. Do you guys do custom jersey orders?

Unfortunately, we do NOT take custom orders.

7.Are your vintage items authentic?

All our vintage collection items are authentic branded products.  We use our knowledge and collective team experience to ONLY sell authentic branded Nike, Adidas, Reebok, Champion, and more name brands.

8.Are your vintage items new or used?

We have a blend of new and used vintage jerseys.  Please read each description of the products to find the information about the specific jersey.
